📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Newport Beach, California. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in accurately assessing project costs, guiding purchasing decisions, and overseeing existing projects. This small company of 10 people usually has 15+ active projects at once and over the next 2 months will be growing the portfolio with 6 new custom homes and need a dedicated Senior Estimator to tackle this challenge. We are looking for someone with independent decision-making skills, extreme attention to detail, and willingness to work onsite 5 days a week in Newport Beach, CA for this full-time role. Must-haves 10+ years of experience with custom/ high end residential home estimating OR 5+ years of experience with custom home estimatingAbility to own full project (bidding, estimating, purchasing)Experience with custom homes OR high end residential homes
Salary expectations/offer are dependent upon experience and range from $100,000-$130,000.
