General Responsibilities:Contact and maintain relationships with utility companies,Inspection and documentation of field facilitiesPermit preparation/submittalCoordination with local municipalities, state agencies, and Utility CompaniesUtility Conflict Identification and ResolutionUtility Agreement preparation and reviewReview of ROW documents
Required Experience:2+ Years Utility Coordination ExperienceExperience working with the department of transportation or municipalitiesAbility to read PS&E plans and identify conflictsAbility to communicate with engineers and power/telecom/gas companiesStrong communication skillsStrong organizational skillsMicrostation experienceBluebeam experienceExcel, Word, and Teams experienceAbility to lead a UC team on specific projects from project kickoff through construction
Preferred experience:TxDOT experiencePE license
