📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
This Business Analyst will be working closely with the implementation partner and the internal HRIS teams focused solely on the compensation module. Contract through Summer 2025100% Remote
Description:The Business Analyst will play an important role in ensuring the project’s success by identifying, gathering, and analyzing data related to the project. This will require working with various members of global HR and Tech teams, among others. The company is also working closely with a 3rd party to carry out the implementation, and this role will also work with that party to facilitate collecting and providing information to them as needed. The Business Analyst should be someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:· Collect policies and practices, both global and local, for review & synthesis· Participate and help drive the analysis of the current Workday organization configuration (ex: Locations, Custom Orgs)· Create presentations and Excel analyses· Work directly with internal and external stakeholders, including Tech and HRIS, as well as implementation partner· Follow up and influence others to help achieve positive project outcomes· Proactively recognize and communicate issues
