Inspira Behavior are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual for the position of ABA Bilingual Clinical Supervisor (Spanish). As a key member of the Inspira Behavior Ventura team, the Bilingual Clinical Supervisor (Spanish) will play a crucial role in the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The ABA Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to their team of Behavior Technicians. Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and in-field supervision to Behavior Technicians, ensuring accurate data collection and adherence to clinical programmingOversee and mentor behavioral technicians, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional developmentCollaborate with the BCBA to offer guidance and support to Behavior Technicians, fostering a cohesive and efficient teamParticipate in monthly supervisor team meetings to enhance collaboration and share insightsEngage in weekly supervision meetings with the assigned BCBA for ongoing professional growthConduct parent training sessionsConduct direct 1:1 session on a case-by-case basis to proactively prevent disruption in services and client progresses. Bilingual Clinical Supervisor (Spanish) may expect to be providing as much as 20% direct BT servicesComfortably manage a caseload of 13 clients aged ranging from 3-21

Requirements

Lead monthly progress updates with participants' caregivers and BCBA, addressing areas of strength and concerns regarding slow progress domainsConduct standardized assessments to establish treatment goals, baseline levels, and individualized treatment programsAssist in the creation and updating of comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), functional behavior assessments (FBAs), & writing detailed FBA reportsComplete authorization progress reports to funding sources every six months, including writing initial assessments and progress reports according to funding source requirements.Demonstrate proficiency and familiarity with Central Reach to optimize data management and reporting (Not a required skill, can be trained). Actively pursue enrollment in a Master's degree program in ABA, demonstrating commitment to the BCBA career path.Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA, contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs.
