Job RequirementsBachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems or Computer Sciences6+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure exposure supporting end user systems in anenterprise environment2+ years engineering and implementing end user systems in an enterprise environmentAdministration level knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Azure ActiveDirectory, Office 365, and Windows Operating SystemsInstall, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and managementtoolsExcellent written and verbal communications skills and strong customer service experienceKnowledge of desktop and server hardware, including performance optimizationExperience managing projects including milestones and target completion datesInsatiable level of technical curiosityStrong exposure to utilizing PowerShell in management of systemsFamiliarity with MDM/MAM solutionsFundamental knowledge of IP networking, routing, and system securityProficiency in VOIP and SIP video conferencing technologiesProven technical documentation skillsAvailability for night and weekend on-call work as well as light travelMust be physically able to lift and carry computers and other related equipment of up to 50 lbs.
