Overview
About the Role - We are currently seeking an IT Logistics Technician for our San Francisco office! This role will be responsible for providing stellar logistics and asset support to the IT Support team and our employees across our environment and office! This is an amazing opportunity to work with the latest technology, grow, and have a big impact on the success of the product and the company.
About the Team - The Instacart Information Technology Department is dedicated to supporting all of Instacart with equipment, infrastructure and technical support. We partner with other teams to help streamline processes and find solutions to people’s technical challenges.
About The Job
Provide logistics support for our IT Support team via our ticketing system Work hand in hand with the IT Logistics Team and take care of shipping, tracking, and returns Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and hardware refreshes, including hardware deploymentProcess and track equipment in our asset management software and ticketing system, including laptops, desktops, accessories, and other IT equipmentBecome familiar with all aspects of our IT environment to help support and maintainMaintain and organize inventory of equipment, hardware, and supplies onsite at our office.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
1-2 years experience with IT Logistics support, asset management, shipping/receiving, and provisioningYou are familiar with Mac, Windows, and Chrome operating systemsAbility to occasionally lift 40 lbs
