Role DescriptionThis is a full/part-time hybrid sales position for our Phoenix office location coming soon. This is NOT a W-2 employee position, you will be 1099. Commission-only. If you have a strong background in: Car sales, Mortgages, Real Estate, Solar, Banking, or Direct Sales, you will excel in this industry. Our AVERAGE full-time agent makes $14k+ per month. Top agents make well over $50k+ per month routinely. Top industry comp plan & bonus structures, weekly & monthly incentives, hands-on training, and the industry's BEST leads. Must be willing to invest in yourself! 1099 means you are a business owner; self-employed.
ResponsibilitiesYou will play a pivotal role in assisting clients in securing their financial future through personalized Life and/or Health insurance plans. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting consultations with clients, pitching client's on the most suitable product for them based on their needs/goals, staying up-to-date on product & carrier knowledge, attending weekly trainings and meetings, working high-intent company branded leads (or your own source), maintaining relationships with your existing clients, and more.
Qualifications (must read)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBe licensed to sell Life insurance. If not licensed to sell Life + Health insurance, we will cover the costs associated with the courseExperience in sales is HIGHLY preferredWork ethic MUST be top tier. We are not looking for "interested" agents, we want COMMITTED agentsTechnologically proficientMust be a self-starter, can work independently + with a team, and is proactive
