What we need from you:Experience - You have 1-3+ years of customer service representative and/or insurance experience working in an insurance officeLicensed - You have your active Property & Casualty licenseSoftware - You have experience working with various agency management systems - AppliedEpic, AMS360, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the positionComprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
Responsibilities:Build client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust and professionalism Processing certificates, notice of cancellations, and change requests/endorsementsRequests for information and documentationPrepare the applications for submission with underwriting information provided by the producerFollow up with Markets for quotations
