Qualifications:Experienced – Required. The ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks. Experience with medical practice clients will be a plus.Licensed – Current license required.Quick learner – We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A quick starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success.Computer literate – Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs. The candidate chosen would build benefit enrollment materials for employees which are created in excel and PowerPointMulti-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Cross-training opportunities will be available for life insurance, annuities, and long-term care.Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.Team Oriented – Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.Engaged – Show us you want to be successful and enjoy making connections with people, and you will see opportunities come your way.
