Integer's Clarence, NY location is looking for a Senior Process Development Engineer.

Job Summary: Participate in cross-functional project teams to implement creative solutions. Monitors performance of equipment, machines and tools and correct equipment problems or process parameters that produce non-conforming products, low yields or product quality issues. Interfaces with Quality and R&D to integrate new products or processes. Responsible for identifying and correcting manufacturing process nonconformance’s identified during prototype builds.

Job Responsibilities

Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.Develops new and unique approaches to complex problems and advance technology beyond previous company involvement.Plans/develops engineering projects concerned with unique or high-profile problems which have important effect on major organization programs.Provides management with technical guidance as required.Identifies and procures the appropriate process equipment.Investigates, develops and implements new process technologies of major scope.Documentation including but not limited to procedures, training, protocols, data analysis, planning, reports, etc.Leads project/program meetings, etc.Maintains liaison with individuals and business units within or outside his/her organization with responsibility for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to his/her field.Subject matter expert in engineering specialty/application.Will work within a mix of office, lab, production floor environmentPerforms other duties as required.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field. Master’s degree strongly preferred.

Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience

Specialized Skills And Knowledge

Solid modeling (specifically Solidworks, Pro-E, Pro-Engineer, Inventor) Minitab (or other statistical analysis software package), MS PowerPoint/Visio, MS Access, MS ProjectAny specific experience in Coating, PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), Metallization, Sputter would be a plus Design of Experiments (DOE) [New] equipment specification, qualification, transfer, procedure developmentSix Sigma, Green Belt, Black Belt, would be a plus, but are not required

Senior Process Development Engineer Salary: $91,500- $134,200
