What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a competent Billing Specialist responsible for completing the billing process for customers. You also will work with the customer service and contracts departments to resolve discrepancies.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Review all customer orders to be processedVerify pricing & freight termsVerify UPS/FedEx/Courier tracking informationAccurately billing customer ordersWork with customer service and contracts departments regarding any discrepanciesGenerate invoices within 48 hours
What You Bring to the Table
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial informationStrong communication, organization & analytical skillsResults-driven and patientDependable & flexibleAbility to multi-task and pay attention to detailProficiency in EnglishHigh degree of attention to detail and trustworthinessHigh School Diploma/GED
