Integrated Pain Solutions is seeking an experienced full time psychologist. IPS is a multidisciplinary pain center of seven physicians and nine mid-level providers that incorporates interventional procedures, neuromodulation, medication management, physical therapy, psychology, and infusion therapy to restore function and relieve suffering while minimizing reliance on oral opioids.
An ideal candidate will have:o A doctoral degree in psychology from an APA accredited universityo An Ohio license or be fully license eligible in the state of Ohioo Experience in pre-surgical evaluation and clearance of patients being considered for implantable devices for pain.o Strong skills in written and verbal communicationo Passion for working with patients who have chronic pain and complex medical historieso At least two years of post-licensure experience in a health psychology role.o Strong treatment planning skillso Experience in therapeutic and assessment techniques used in the management of chronic paino Expertise in multidisciplinary coordination of careo Experience building a mental health services department
