Transmission Right of Way Agent / Project Manager

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Transmission Right of Way Agent / Project Manager in the Tulsa, OK area to work for a top utility and energy company. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

This position is posted as a range. It is open to new graduates with a Bachelor’s degree. (Entry-level position in the job family). Pay dependent on qualifications and experience. Travel: approximately 10% to visit site locations. Valid driver’s license required. Hybrid position: on location three days per week; the remaining days will be remote. This position will start work on location.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects or program area of projects within a matrix team environment related to the successful installation of transmission line and/or transmission station projects.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a Right of Way (ROW) portfolio of small - large transmission projects. Manage and direct right-of-way vendors comprised of non-direct reports of internal and contract resources. Provide guidance, coordination, instruction, and effective communications to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects in a safe, efficient and economical manner to achieve on time and within budget completion of projects. Provide leadership and direction and effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including internal customers, (engineering and other team members), external customers, regulatory and governmental agencies. Interface with project sponsors and build teams and kick off projects and bid and monitor progress on the projects to bring projects in on time and on budget. Monthly facilitation of meetings for status on construction and bidding along with creation and updating monthly project cost budgets and project schedules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, engineering, project management or related applicable field. No experience necessary at the Associate Level. Minimum of two years of related experience at the Project Manager Level. Well-versed in various aspects of Project Management and/or Acquisition of ROW knowledge and skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledgeable in GIS Mapping systems and databases. Knowledgeable in real estate values and accepted estimating practices. Knowledgeable in earned value and project reports. Valid driver’s license.
