Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)Team Management and DevelopmentManage and lead team members to achieve goals, assessing resource needs, sourcing and managing project-based contractors as neededManage agencies ensure KPIs are achievedLead full hiring process and cycle for new team members as needed. Including recruiting and onboarding.Conduct regular employment reviews with each team memberDevelop internal training programs for internal useConduct team meetings OperationsImplement and manage an EOS system within the businessIntegrate all major operating functions of the businessEnsure thorough communication throughout the organizationCreate and automate (where possible) systems for the day-to-day activities of the business to simplify and streamline effortsCreate and write SOPS for all areas of the business, and keep SOPs up to dateRegularly analyze business systems and processes and implementing changes as neededPartner with the CEO to execute the business plan and achieve growth and revenue objectivesTrack key metrics for business activities to measure the effectiveness of efforts and give strategic guidance to move the company forwardForecast, manage and troubleshoot supply chain issuesAnalyze and improve the customer experience in every area of the businessCustomer ServiceAnalyze and improve the customer experience in every area of the businessOptimize software to improve customer retention and mange CS repsSocial MediaLead the creation and implementation of social media channels and strategies, utilizing team members as necessary.
