About the Job:• We are currently looking to hire a CoMan Analyst/Associate Manager! If you are passionate about leveraging your financial and analytical skills to create a high performing team and help actively the organization to succeed toward our common goals, then this job could be for you. Key role within the Finance Organization to give strategic support for the manufacturing and operation organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for:• Reporting to the Industrial Finance manager Acting as the financial ambassador for the operation teams and co-piloting the recommendations to optimize the total cost to serve Actively engaged in productivity projects with strong analytics and understanding of the full picture In charge of the Coman Cost annual Budget/AOP Responsible to generate strategical reports to give visibility to the Procurement, Operations, Finance and leadership team of the company Reconciliation of the coman agreement with our partners Full understanding of the Balance sheet of the company in collaboration with controlling and accountin About you• Bachelor level studies (Finance, Business administration, accounting, economics, engineering or similar Preferred)• 2-4 years of Finance experience, preferably in the CPG industry Strong Analytical Skills Strong computer skills (excel, Power point, BI tools, SAP, etc) Proactive and constructive attitude Colorado base preference
