DescriptionAs a Residential Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging your exceptional sales and customer relationship skills. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand our residential customer base, creating lasting connections within the community by demonstrating the company’s core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Performance and Hard Work. The Residential Sales Representative will be able to adapt to various audiences and is self-motivated and competitive while still being a team player.
Qualifications and Requirements · Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.· Ability to conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate estimates.· Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.· Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer applications.· Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding sales targets.· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.· Must be able to carry and manipulate a ladder.· Must be able to safely walk on a roof to perform inspections.
