Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel.Guide staffing proceduresSet objectives and long-term goals for the nursing departmentOrganize and coordinate admission, nursing and patient care proceduresDevelop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high quality standardsControl budgets and monitor expendituresResolve issues and deficiencies when neededManage record-keeping proceduresCollaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operationsReport to upper management
Qualifications
Holds current RN nursing license in accordance with State regulationFive years Long Term care experience preferred.2-3 years of nursing management experience preferred.2-3 years of nursing management experience preferred. Acute hospital medical/surgical experience desirable.
Monday - Friday work schedule.
Starting Salary $125,000 - $135,000
