Scope of Services:Client is seeking full-time, qualified candidates who will utilize their knowledge, skills, and abilities to serve as a Desktop Support Analyst for a two-year limited term. Responsibilities include support and inventory audit of all client devices, printers, computers and equipment, manage and support decommissionSkills & ExperienceMobile Device support and inventory audit of all client devicesMobile Device management and installation to decommission all 3G devices by Feb 2022Avaya VIOP phone supportImage / Deploy Windows 10 workstationsInventory and audit of department printersInventory and audit of department computer & equipmentApplication installations and inventoryAudio Visual conference room supportSupport Board and community meetings (Zoom)Knowledge of ITSM Cherwell ticketing system,Job Purpose:The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support services in the management of IT computing devices and applications used by client.Duties & Responsibilities:Image / Deploy Windows 10 workstationsInventory and audit of department printersInventory and audit of department computer & equipmentApplication installations and inventoryAudio Visual conference room supportSupport Board and community meetings (Zoom)Knowledge of ITSM Cherwell ticketing systemQualifications:Required:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related Field (4 years’ experience in lieu)Desk side support experience requiredDesktop imaging and deployment experience requiredHighly Motivated, Team Oriented and Process DrivenAbility to learn in a fast-paced environment through both self-directed learning
