📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Title - Business Operations Support Analyst (QA Analyst)Client Location - Dallas, TX (Hybrid schedule, 2/week)Duration - 5 months contract with possible extension
Interaction with team: Working with the BSA to assign the test plan, working with business users to define test cases and test stepsWorking with users to complete testingCoordinating with developers to define defectsRe-testing
Not a coding job, this person will need to understand the tech and functionality of systemsThis team is developing a pricing system, price points, pricing methods, etc.Complex formulas for pricing systemCompare prices from one system to anotherFairly numeric, looking at a lot of numbersImplementing a new transformations program to replace Siebel, lots of new systems work together to take customer through quoting, pricing, config of parts,Looking for this person to assist with automation of testing, later in 2024
Projects:Part of the quality assurance, agile/spring deliveryWorking with the BSA to assign the test plan
Required Skills:Developing test plansDeveloping test casesQuote to Cash applications experienceTesting status applicationsNeeds good communication skillsNeeds to understand Software Development Lifecycle
Preferred Skills:Selenium or AccelQ
Responsibilities:5+ relevant experience, Analyze current business processes, gather complex business requirements, prepare and execute test plans and test scrlpts. QA automation scripts using Selenium or AccelQExperience with end to end quote to cash business processesExperience with stakeholder management and working with multiple teams (Business, onsite, offshore and cross functional teams).Develop test strategy, test cases, and perform functional, integration, and regression testing of the applicationQA automation experience with any SaaS based pricing platforms is a plus.Experience developing test plans and casesQuote to Cash is a big bonus
