📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Qualifications:• Strong financial, communication and presentation skills demonstrating the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of service.• General knowledge of procurement lifecycle and associated processes.• Understanding of asset management life cycle and related applicationsHave some experience using SeviceNow and Ariba applications.
Responsibilities:• Participate in training for use of Asset Management tooling to ensure adherence to policy, standards, processes, and strategic priorities for the Bank’s IT Assets.• Maintain current information related to Bank’s IT Assets, periodically review system information with the business owners and certify annually the accuracy and currency of the information maintained in the asset management systems of record.• Provide metrics and reporting on the technology assets.• Participate in new and ongoing ITAM initiatives.
