InterEx Group is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to run a full Sales desk on our contract and perm divisions in our New York City office, a short walk from Grand Central Station!

$65K-85K +Uncapped Commission (Salary varies depending on job level, experience, and skill set)

Responsibilities
Build your network by connecting and identifying the best candidates and clients in either the Cloud, Data, or Security marketComplete a high volume of cold calling to prospective clients and candidates each daySign on new clients and build long-lasting relationshipsManage multiple full-cycle recruitment processesNegotiate, organize, and finalize assignments and offers between candidates and clientsComplete a high volume of cold calling to prospective clients and candidates each day
Must-Haves
Experienced 360/ full-desk Consultants with 12+ months experience within the Technology sector (Cloud, Data, SAP &Security preferred)Previous experience of building a Contract OR Perm book of businessCandidates with excellent Account Management and Business Development experienceProfessionals with a successful track record of bringing in new business
