Responsibilities
As a PRN Home Health Physical Therapist (PT), your role includes:Assisting physicians in evaluating patient function, equipment needs, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.Conducting initial and ongoing assessments at appropriate time points.Participating in interdisciplinary patient assessments.Providing ordered physical therapy services indicated in the plan of care.
