Key Qualifications
Proficient in AutoCAD and hand drafting for space planning Strong understanding of architectural detailing and ability to read plans Skilled in selecting fabrics, furniture, wallpaper, and accessories Familiarity with paperwork, budget guidelines, and project processes Ability to work efficiently, multitask, and collaborate within a team Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities
As a Junior Designer, you will
Utilize hand drafting skills for space planning and CAD knowledge Demonstrate knowledge of architectural space detailing and plan interpretation Assist with fabric, wallpaper, and furniture selections Independently shop and source materials for diverse projects Ensure functional and aesthetically pleasing design spaces Communicate effectively with vendors and sub-contractors Collaborate with the design team on reselections and customer service issues Assist in window treatment design and calculation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
