OverviewFounded on July 1, 1961, International Country Club is widely recognized as one of the finest in Northern Virginia. In 2002, it was listed by the Virginia State Golf Association as one of the top 25 golf courses in the state of Virginia. Indeed, International was one of only four courses in Northern Virginia to be so highly regarded.
Essential ResponsibilitiesOutline and implement various training program in order to maintain a well-trained staff. Providing the highest level of service to club members and guests. Knowledgeable of members and anticipates their needs.Assists with organizing golf bags in bag room, and staging area for regular play and range for the day. Work with professional staff keeping informed of daily activities & requests.Assists with managing and maintaining range ball rotation, rental club inventory, bag room and Outside Service supplies.Assist with tournaments as directed; including cart preparation, cart staging and set-up, tee signs, cart signs.Cart Fleet Management; this includes detailing and maintenance of a fleet of 60 carts.Assists with daily opening and closing procedures.Assist in the daily maintenance of the practice range and short game facilities.Enthusiasm to work closely with other staff members in a team environment.BenefitsPlaying and Practice PrivilegesStaff meal while on dutyHealth Insurance(co-payment)Additional Income: Tips
