This role is responsible for requesting and confirming ground handling services, ground transportation, catering, hotel accommodations, landing, and overflight permits, as well as confirming fuel arrangements. You will be the first line of contact with pilots flying international trips and will be responsible for ensuring all of their requests are completed and delivered on time.

Our shifts are 12 hours long and rotate 4 days on and 4 days off, so you must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays (as the schedule dictates).
