Rope Access Manager- Houma, LA
Intertek is searching for an Rope Access Manager to join our Asset Integrity Management (AIM)team in our Houma, LA office. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in Industry Services!
The Rope Access Manager is responsible for the scheduling of Rope Access crews as well as maintaining the required equipment for rope access inspection. Must be willing to be on call 24/7/365.
What you’ll do:
Communication with all Clients through Phone Conversations and EmailCommunication with Office Engineering regarding inspection data. Tracking of PME and calibrations. Performing Audits on Field Personnel Quarterly. Scheduling and Administering of training as per SEMS requirements (Annually)Keeping up with Utilization Logs and Surveys as per NRCTesting of Personnel for CertificationsCommunicating with Intertek Personnel for Drug and Alcohol ScreeningNew Hire Package Gathering of Mechanical Integrity Equipment for projectsISNetworld for Qualifications per Client requirementsBuilding Maintenance ManagerRequests for upload of ComData CardsTracking of Rope GearOrdering of Rope GearAssistant Radiation Safety OfficerPurchase Order RequestsPurchase Card Receipt Upload in Works / Bank of AmericaCMOS Certified: Administer TrainingFirst Advantage Background
What it takes to be successful in this role
High school diploma required; some college preferred Valid Drivers license requiredTWIC Card required110 year experience in mechanical integrityUTT, MT, PT, CR/DR, RT, Certification and/or 10 years experience in these methods required
