We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for taking over functions of different departments and assisting the team.
Responsibilities:Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing business growing strategies.Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met.Supervise and motivate team members.Acquire new business for the company.Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications.Drive recruitment process and training & development.Follow up with acquired customers to ensure satisfaction.
Assistant Manager Requirements and QualificationsBachelorโs degree or equivalent experience.Interpersonal and mediation skills.Minimum of two years experience in retail service or sales.2+ years of retail experience is a plus.Ability to effectively train and motivate sales associates.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
