📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for an outgoing Customer Service Representative that will provide follow up with existing customers, as well as attract potential customer by answering product and/or service inquiries. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and proactive by suggesting information about higher tier products.
Job functions:Resolve products and/or service issues by clarifying customers complaintsMaintain financial account on customers past ordersManage a large number of customer inquiriesGenerate sales leadsContribute to the Customer Service team effort by working fluidly with other coworkersIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve long term satisfactionHandle complaints and providing the adequate solutionsKeep record of customer interactions and follow up accordinglyAct as the company gatekeeperCompile reports on overall customer satisfactionRead and memorize scripts
Requirements:Proven customer service experienceRecord of over-achieving quotaExcellent communication and presentation skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
