ROLE DESCRIPTION

Our Welcome Attendants represent the lifeblood of our "Eatertainment" venue as they engage with each Guest who enters the building or restaurant and truly begin the Guest experience creating unexpected memories, whereas most companies refer to their Welcome Attendants as just "Hosts". This position offers opportunities for one to connect with Guests and provide an unforgettable dining and golf experience as they celebrate unforgettable moments by living our Manifesto and Core Values. Knowledge of the restaurant’s food menu, beverage menu, golf technology, front desk technology with attention to detail regarding reservations, Memberships and communication with Members of management, Caddies, and the kitchen are imperative to success in this position.

The Welcome Attendant is responsible for over-the-top friendly greetings and goodbyes of each Guest creating unexpected memories. This includes, but is not limited to, overtly friendly interactions, upselling of golf services and retail, accurate seating logistics, reservations, and cash management.

Main Responsibilities

In-depth knowledge of all food & beverage menus, front desk technology and golf technologyAbility to sell BigShots Memberships and ApparelProvide over-the-top memorable experiences with each Guest InteractionAccurately capture all Guest reservations, and seating’s including special requestsPositively connect with Managers, Team Members, and GuestsDemonstrate the Core Values of Always Bring the Fun, Be Bold Everyday, Live & Breathe Gratitude, Serve Our Community, Keep the Grit, and Include EveryoneMaintain operating standards, including safety and sanitationMaintain a pristine retail, and putt-putt areaProcesses various payments (e.g. cash, credit card, gift card, or rewards card) at the conclusion of a Guest’s visit.

RELATIONSHIPS

The Welcome Attendant will work under the Hospitality Manager, guided by the Manifesto and Core Values. There is a need for excellent communication and the continued maintenance of relationships with all Managers, Team Members, and Guests.

Experience

Compensation

BigShots Golf will provide the following

Salary Base: $10.50 -$13/hr. (based on experience)
