As the Airport Runway Paving Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing asphalt paving projects for airport runways. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the paving crew, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Project Management:Plan, organize, and manage asphalt paving projects for airport runways from initiation to completion.Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Monitor project progress and ensure timely and efficient execution.
Team Leadership:Lead and motivate the paving crew, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting skill development and safety awareness.
Quality Assurance:Ensure that all paving activities meet or exceed industry standards and project specifications.Conduct regular inspections to identify and address quality issues promptly.
Safety Compliance:Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness.
Client Communication:Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.Communicate project updates, timelines, and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
