Job Title: ServiceNow SACM Configuration Management AnalystLocations: Plano, TX, Boise, ID, Phoenix, AZ and Pleasanton, CA (Must live one of the following campuses)Duration: 12+ monthsAccount: AlbertsonsJob Description:The ServiceNow Configuration Management Analyst is an integral part of the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) Team, responsible for ensuring the overall quality and governance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the Albertsons organization. The successful candidate will focus on maintaining accurate and complete Configuration Items (CIs), enforcing SACM policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement in data accuracy and process adherence.Key Responsibilities:for the daily operational health of SACM Configuration processes.CMDB data analysis, research, troubleshooting, and data enrichment tasks.adherence to defined SACM policies and procedures.root cause analysis investigations to improve data accuracy.relationships with data owners and consumers.analyze, and resolve process or data issues to ensure completeness of Configuration Items (CIs).ITSM Common Services Data Model (CSDM) practices and hierarchies.stakeholders to implement or enhance integration interfaces with other applications leveraging or providing CMDB data.alignment with shared SACM process stakeholders and other ITSM process owners.as a SACM Configuration data and process steward, supporting training opportunities and process adherence.CMDB reporting statistics, processes, and trends.and lead CMDB data audits, enrichment efforts, and governance processes.data governance best practices and standards.onboarding of new Applications or Business Services into the CMDB.data certification audits and maintain the overall health of the Data Certification program.SACM Configuration Service Catalog items, processes, and workflows.with owners of other Service Catalog items impacting CMDB data governance.and enhance a custom consumer facing CMDB application.and maintain recurring test cases in support of platform health and upgrades.Characteristics/Traits Required:communicatormindsetto detailsolveroriented.Mandatory Requirements:to work in US hours (both PST and MST).years of Configuration Management experience in managing a large CMDB environment.understanding of ITIL IT Service Management processes.years of experience in a process-driven organization, preferably ITIL-aligned.years of experience with inventory discovery tools and infrastructure management tools.years of experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model).documentation skills and reporting capabilities.understanding of the ServiceNow Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).driving SACM process adherence throughout a complex IT organization.using KPIs and methodologies to identify problems and track trends.success in managing large data repositories and multi-source environments.of Cloud environments, IT infrastructure, Operations Centers, and Service Desks.with DevOps and/or Agile methodologies.understanding of IT processes and service management.with Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint.Preferred:V4 certificationMulti-Source CMDB/CMDB 360 experiencesexperience in multiple Cloud Solutions (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM, etc.)knowledge of the Common Service Data Modelof application architecture and service delivery modelingBest Regards,Lokesh Vanjarapu | Senior US IT RecruiterLokesh@ipolarityllc.com200 Centennial Ave, Suite 204, Piscataway, NJ 08854
