Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Financial Analyst located in Manassas, VA. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the company. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of finance and cost accounting principles and their application..
QualificationsFinancial Planning, Financial Reporting and Accounting skills with a focus on cost accountingAnalytical Skills and Finance expertiseExperience with ERP systems a plus. Epicor a plus Experience in manufacturing environments a plusExperience in preparing financial statementsStrong knowledge of financial analysis and forecastingProficiency in financial modeling and data analysis toolsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
