📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
IRUBIS is a young biotechnology start-up specializing in bioprocess monitoring. We are building a state-of-the-art spectroscopy system, Monipa, to provide our biopharma customers with real-time analysis of their bioprocesses in drug development.
As a Senior Software Engineer at IRUBIS you will develop on-device software with modern technology and improve our internal infrastructure. Apply to IRUBIS and be part of a great team that aims to revolutionize the way biopharmaceuticals are produced!
Tasks
- Develop our full-stack application using FastAPI and React/Next.js
- Integrate hardware components into our software
- Improve our Linux-Based Infrastructure
- Develop internal tooling and automation workflows using Ansible and Streamlit
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
- Collaborate closely with hardware, application, and sales teams
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software development
- Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
- Experience writing clean, maintainable code and software tests
- Solid experience with Git and version control workflows
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Confidence working with Linux-based systems
- Proficiency in English
- Nice to Have: Experience in developing software for physical hardware; Experience with managing infrastructure
