Creative Project Manager (Onsite)We have an immediate need for a contract Creative Project Manager to join a luxury hotel and casino. The Creative Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of all creative marketing projects and campaigns. Leveraging your exceptional project management skills and creative expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, marketing strategists, and external agencies, to bring innovative marketing initiatives to life.

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)This job expects to pay about $48 – 52 per hour plus benefits.

What You Will Do: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverablesDefine project scope, timelines, and milestones to create detailed project plansCoordinate with creative team members, including designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers and other creatives, to allocate resources effectivelyLiaise with external agencies or freelancers when needed, ensuring clear communication and timely deliverablesWork closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Director to establish project budgets and monitor expenses throughout each projectManage the end-to-end project execution process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standardsConduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholdersFacilitate creative briefings, ensuring that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project objectives and requirementsCollaborate with creatives to develop compelling and on-brand creative concepts that resonate with the casino's target audience

What Gets You The Job: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience(3) years’ progressive experience within marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlinesUnderstanding of creative processes, including design, copywriting, and content developmentFamiliarity with project management tools and software to track project progressExperience in working with brand tracking reports and consumer insight and applying it to the planning process
