Be a self-starter, be motivated to learn, and have a desire to build an independent book of business over time.Be familiar with New York's retail landscape.Some leasing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.Have impeccable integrity, period. Have an ability to be direct and bold in communications. Be willing to think big and have no fear.Be organized and able to handle multiple assignments - with an eye for detail for each one of them. About the Job:

Learn/advance your knowledge of the fundamentals of commercial leasing.Assist brokerage team(s) in daily leasing and sales activity.Accompany brokers on site tours and showings.Put together spreadsheets, offer letters and purchase offers.Work directly with Tenant and Landlord clients.With time and experience, create your own book of business.This is a commission based opportunity, not a salaried position.
