SEO and SEM Manager

Isadora Agency is seeking an experienced SEO & SEM Manager to join our creative digital team of specialists. As an SEO & SEM specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and executing search engine optimization & PPC strategies for our digital agency first and foremost, in addition to a few key ongoing partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth by optimizing our online presence and developing content strategies that support our agency's goals. This is a high-level and hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop/implement SEO & SEM strategies to increase organic traffic, search visibility, and rankings for the agencyGoogle AdWords: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in setting up campaigns, keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and maximizing conversion.Conduct technical SEO analysis: Analyze website performance and identify technical SEO issues that may impact search engine rankings. Implement technical optimizations such as crawl ability, indexability, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data implementation.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure website content and structure is optimized for search engines and user experience. Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures to improve search engine visibility and user experience.Develop and implement on-page optimization strategies Analytics tracking and reporting: Implement and manage analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and key metrics. Generate regular reports and provide insights to clients on SEO performance, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.Work with the content team to ensure that content is optimized for search engines Best practices: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques. Implement the latest best practices to maintain a competitive edge and deliver exceptional results.Collaborate with web developers, content creators, and account managers to ensure seamless integration of strategies and best practices across all websites and marketing campaigns.Conduct quarterly website audits and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field 8+ years of experience in SEO & SEM and website analytics Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO & SEM strategiesProficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AdWords, Business Listing, Tag Manager, MOZ, and necessary tools Strong understanding of website analytics, architecture, and HTML/CSS Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and work on multiple website projects simultaneously Knowledge of SEM, PPC, and social media marketing is a plus
