Company Overview The Company develops, manufactures, and markets in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) tests.
Responsibilities Negotiate, write, and execute agreements and contracts on behalf of the CompanyOffer counsel on a variety of legal issuesAdvise executives Work alongside other departments within the CompanyAdvise on contract statuses, legal risks, and legal liabilities associated with different dealsResearch and anticipate unique legal issues that could impact the CompanyReview advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirementsProvide training to Company on legal topics
Requirements Must have a law degree from an accredited and recognized universityMust be admitted to a recognized barMust have 5+ years of experience gained in a large law firm and/or have been in-house with a major firmStrong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organizationStrong negotiation skills for both legal and financial/commercial issuesAbility to establish and maintain strong relationships within the organizationβs legal department and across all businessesAbility to work independently with little to no supervision
