WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?This position offers competitive pay ranging from $22.50 to $32.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus!You will work a day shift, Monday - Friday.All that you need is:High school diploma or equivalentExperience as a general mechanicKnowledge about shop tools and equipmentProficiency with maintenance and repair toolsProficiency with computers and electronic service information systemsAbility to lift up to 75 pounds frequentlyAbility to read and write in EnglishProfessional appearance

Experience with welding as well as heavy equipment industry experience would be a plus. ASE certification is preferred but not required. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR DIESEL ENGINE MECHANIC?As a Diesel Engine Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting and replacing braking systems and tires as needed, keeping our fleet in top condition. Additionally, you will play a key role in checking and repairing vehicle trailer lighting systems, a vital aspect of our operations.Performing preventative maintenance will be a regular part of your duties. Your meticulous nature will shine as you maintain detailed records of serviced equipment and adhere to an inspection procedure checklist.
