Our iSpine Rehabilitation department is excited to be offering a full or part time Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and a Physical Therapist Assistants to join our practice. We have several openings across the Twin Cities Metro area..We are seeking therapists that are motivated to practice in a multi-disciplinary setting to deliver spine rehabilitation using a bio-psychosocial approach and help people in pain get moving again and get back to their life activities.
The iSpine Institute supports therapists with extensive training with on-site and virtual learning, scholarship programs, and mentorship to help therapists be their best. Our goal is to help patients learn to be their own therapist through exercise, education, and pain management behaviors. We spend time mentoring therapists in motivational interviewing and coaching skills needed to help patients move themselves toward success.
