Hello Professionals,I hope you are doing wellGreetings from IT Automation Inc We have an Urgent requirement with our #DirectClientNeed Only #W2 candidatesPlease share your candidate updated resume to dani@itautomation.com /+1 984-345-2338 Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Quality Assurance AnalystLocation: Boston, MA - Hybrid, onsite on Tue/Thu is a mustVisa: Only OPTDuration- 06 Months + ExtensionEmployment type: W2Experience -7+ Responsibilities:Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.Administer Salesforce platform effectively, ensuring optimal performance and customization as per business needs.Utilize Apex programming knowledge to develop custom solutions and enhance existing functionalities.Lead custom app development projects, including custom object modelling, to meet business objectives.Manage MDR (Master Data Management) relationships and ensure data integrity across systems.Define and document technical and API requirements for integration projects.Develop comprehensive functional requirements documents to guide development efforts.Create Epics and user stories to capture business requirements and user needs.Facilitate backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning sessions.Coordinate release planning activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Foster stakeholder collaboration and communication to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including customization and configuration.Strong knowledge of Apex programming language for Salesforce development.Experience with custom app development and custom object modelling.Familiarity with MDR (Master Data Management) principles and practices.Solid understanding of technical and API requirements for system integrations.Ability to document comprehensive functional requirements and user stories.Experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog management and release planning.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Salesforce Administration:· Manage and administer Salesforce platform, including user setup, security settings, customizations, and data management· Ensure the optimal performance and functionality of Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Apex Programming Knowledge:· Develop and maintain custom Apex code, triggers, and workflows to enhance Salesforce functionality and automate business processes.· Collaborate with development team to implement custom app development and integrations as neededCustom Objects Modelling:· Design and implement custom objects, fields, and relationships to support unique business processes and requirements.· Optimize data model architecture to improve system scalability and performance.MDR Relationships:· Cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders, management, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Technical and API Requirements:· Gather and document technical requirements, including API integrations, data migrations, and system interfaces.· Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment with overall technology architecture and standards.Functional Requirements:· Analyze and document functional requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide system design and development efforts.· Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks for development team.Epics, User Stories, Backlog Management:· Facilitate backlog grooming sessions to prioritize epics, user stories, and technical tasks based on business value and urgency.· Manage backlog and sprint planning activities to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and features.Release Planning:· Participate in release planning and coordination activities, including deployment scheduling, user acceptance testing, and post-release support.Stakeholder Collaboration:· Foster collaboration and communication among stakeholders, development team, and other project members to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.· Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to facilitate understanding and resolution of issues.
