Skills Required:· Salesforce BSA Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM with a focus on business systems analysis.· Experience: Minimum 6 years of real time experience in Salesforce CRM.· Sales Cloud and Services Cloud: Strong skills in both Sales Cloud and Services Cloud.· Apex Programming: Knowledge of Apex programming for customizations and integrations.· Requirements Management: Ability to gather and manage project requirements effectively.· Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile backlog management and requirements prioritization.· Product Demos: Conduct frequent product demos to clients, showcasing features and functionality.· UI/UX Design: Adept in UI/UX designing, delivering prototypes, and wireframing for new features.· QA Testing: Extensive experience in QA, including writing test plans, executing test cases, and defect management.· Testing Skills: Proficiency in various testing types, including UAT, integration, and end to end testing.· DevOps Culture: Experience with product delivery and DevOps culture, including CI/CD pipelines.· Domain Experience: Prior experience in dental claims and CRM services preferred.This role requires a dynamic individual with a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a keen eye for user experience.
