Job Title: Warehouse AssociateLocation: Portland, OregonJob Type: Full-Time Pay: $20/hour Summary of the RoleThis position will be responsible for picking products from the warehouse, quality control, and preparation for shipping. ResponsibilitiesMustmaintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures. Picks product in warehouse and prepares items for delivery or shipping using automated bagging machine system both domestically and internationallyMakes recommendations to management with respect to product and process improvementsAssists with physical inventoryMaintains expected business level of quality control on all items shippedPerforms other related duties as required Skills and AbilitiesBasic computer skills in MS Office, internet and emailExcellent attention to detailApplicants should possess the ability to interact with customers, and team-members in a professional manner.Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and writtenRequires a proficiency in math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in units of measure. Additionally, must be able to perform calculations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.The ability to pull, push, grasp, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
