Responsibilities:Develop and maintain schedules and budgets for engineering projectsPlans and implements engineering programsCoaches, mentors, provides training and staff career developmentControls expenditures within project budgetInterfaces with customers to provide project updates and ensure needs are metAbility to identify potential for new projects and seeks new project opportunitiesEstablishes major design parameters for projects by working with design team and client
Qualifications:Professional Engineer (PE) licenseBachelor's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering required, Master's Degree preferredExperience in AutoCAD, NitroPro, Civil3D, GSlope, KeyWall, and MS Office
