📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a experienced bookkeeper that is a self starter and can manage their time and multiple clients while working from home. Position is part time and hours will very from week to week. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:Monthly bookkeeping for business clientsDownloading bank and credit card transactions into QuickBooks OnlineReconciling bank and credit card accountsMonthly QuickBooks account reconciliationGenerate monthly financial reportsQualifications:Minimum Five(5) years of bookkeeping (Required)Experience working with at 10 or more business clients monthlyMust be proficient with QuickBooks Online(QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor is a required)Must be proficient Microsoft Office 365Extremely detail-oriented and a positive attitudeStrong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsYou will need a computer and access to internet.(Multiple monitors are recommended)Location:We are hiring for this position in any state in the US except California and New York.
