J3K Real Estate (www.J3K.com) is seeking a qualified acquisitions or leasing associate. Candidate should have prior experience in Commercial Real Estate and have prior experience transacting with one or more of the following asset classes: Industrial, Retail, Office, Multifamilly in one or more of the following markets: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island.
The Associate role is a full-time business opportunity in which income is based on commissioned sales or lease deals. You will be part of a winning team while working individually to achieve your personal business plan. Candidate will be responsible for generating new opportunities and maintaining leads for company agencies and properties. Candidate will responsible for sourcing and conducting tours as well as contract negotiation and much more. Candidates will receive leads in his or her specalized asset class as well as access to research, comp data and the company database as well as access to Costar, Loopnet and other listings systems.
J3K is the full service Commercial Real Estate firm of the new generation. We utilize in-depth research and the latest property technology for our clients to help them achieve the optimal deal. Our process begins with a data-driven approach. Our specialization is in the leasing and sales of Industrial, Retail, Office with our primary focus being in NYC + the outer boroughs with ancillary brokerage and advisory services in across the U.S.A.
