Sr Project Associate - Retail

Jack Morton is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to work alongside our major automotive client, in support of their VPP Discount Programs (Vehicle Purchase Programs). You will work closely with the internal client’s incentive team and other agency partners as needed.

Responsibilities

Run specific deliverables or assignments or projects through a complete life cycle, independently or with little guidance, delivering on time, on budget and flawlessly, including program wrap-up and archivingClient facing representative for managing all elements of core scope assignments/projectsKey liaison for sponsorship account work and asset optimizationUpdate status reports and schedules and maintain lists of action items to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of program elementsAssist VPP team with managing various deliverables on all experiential initiativesEventually demonstrate subject matter expertise within specific areas of projectsBe able to master the purchasing and contractual process for renewal programs, as well as other required processes such as vehicle coordination, insurance, T&EBuild trust with clients through timely, accurate, and responsive communications, managing communications in a proactive way with a sense of urgencyStart to advise, guide and counsel clients on solutions to their needs; lead client conversations as appropriateStrong understanding of eligibility behind VPP Discount Programs and retail incentive programs

What We Require

2- 3 years’ experience supporting events, marketing, promotions, sales, or similar activities preferredStrong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication (written & oral) skillsWilling to travel up to 30% and work weekends, if necessary Team player with strong problem solving and analytical skillsDemonstrated self-starter who can build great client relationshipsAbility to effectively manage multiple assignments at once, utilizing highly efficient time management skillsProficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Agency and/or automotive experience is a plus
