The Research Consultant role is a highly interactive sales and recruiting opportunity. Essential Duties:Partner consultatively with clients to conduct searches and fill physician staffing needsCommunicate regularly with clients regarding search activityAchieve productivity goals and metricsCold call physicians to proactively source viable candidatesConduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow upUpdate the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activityOversee and manage the credentials and availability of physician candidatesUse creativity to create effective job advertisements for open opportunitiesTravel overnight to conduct onsite client profiles

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred2+ years’ experience in sales or recruitment preferredExcellent sourcing, cold calling, presentations, and negotiation skills a mustConfident, energetic, and professional presence a must: ability to effectively build relationships with C-suite executives and physician candidatesInterpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building skills a mustStrong organizational and computer skills required, CRM proficiency a plusStable employment history with verifiable references a must
