📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented Live Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a major part in selling name brand apparel online. The majority of the apparel will be Womens clothing, with some Children's and Men's apparel sales. This position is perfect for someone who is knowledgeable about Women's apparel, brand names, and someone who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment. We will train you on how to use the online sales platform and other tools to make you successful.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include sorting and pulling clothing items for sale, updating product listings in real time, and ensuring the Live Selling is running smoothly and on schedule. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure all sold items are accurately documented and ready for shipping. Managing inventory and staging products upcoming sales. Engage and communicate with online audience and answer their questions to the best of your ability.
QualificationsExcellent verbal communication and customer serviceClean, Neat, and Professionally dressed at all times. Charismatic in front of the camera Understanding about Social Media, FaceBook, IG.... etc. Be able to lift objects up to 40 pounds. Most of the lifting with be single pieces of apparel. General understanding about the e-commerce sales process.Basic Computer Skills / iPhone / iPad
