Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper. The Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper will be responsible for providing executive support and administrative assistance. Daily tasks include managing expense reports, accounting, bookkeeping, investor relations, Assisting CEO, coordinating meetings, assisting with communication, and other related fund management activities.
QualificationsGood organizational and time management skillsExperience in executive administrative assistance and supporting high-level executivesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in bookkeeping and financial managementDetail-oriented and accurate in completing tasksProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
