This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in technology and banking to contribute to enhancing the digital experience for customers.Key Responsibilities:Manage the Bank’s digital banking vendors and product offerings to ensure optimal client experience through online and mobile banking channelsMonitor and test digital banking platforms to ensure effective operation, promptly reporting any issues to vendors for resolutionAssist bank staff in troubleshooting client issues with digital solutions through effective communication with clients and vendorsHold digital banking vendors accountable for performance standards and ensure service level agreements are metProvide training to bank staff on navigating digital banking platforms and related back-office featuresStay updated on advancements in digital banking products and services through attendance at conferences, events, and trainingsKeep the EVP Chief Banking Officer informed of significant issues impacting clients through digital channels and recommend new product offerings for considerationAssist in preparing reports for reporting to the board of directorsPerform other duties as assigned
